Wobble Zone Drill/Exercise for Faster and Accurate Shots!
Learn an effective steel shooting technique taught by Sean Griffith, adapted by USPSA Grandmaster Rob Epifania. In this video, Rob demonstrates the "wobble exercise," a game-changing drill to improve your shot calling and steel accuracy.
By practicing target recognition and trigger press timing, you'll shoot steel better and faster. Watch as Rob takes on a plate rack at 15 yards and explains how this exercise can elevate your performance, even at longer distances.

As a Steel Challenge shooter, I will definitely be trying this one.

I look forward to trying this exercise. Can even dry fire this one.
Yep! In dryfire, you'll want to cue into the moment your finger LIFTS off the trigger - that's about the same timing :)
Cool idea actually. Can't wait to try this.
Thanks a lot! Let me know how it goes :)
