Die FHB 3000 von Finkbeiner Hebetechnik:
Das Fahrwerk bestehend aus zwei Rädern hinten und einer abnehmbaren Lenkdeichsel vorne und ist dadurch sehr einfach von nur einer Person verfahrbar.
Durch die spezielle Säulenform, besteht in jeder Hubhöhe Türfreiheit um das Fahrzeug.
Zusätzlich zur hydraulischen Lastsicherung über Ventile direkt an den Hubzylindern verfügt auch diese Bühne von Finkbeiner über eine automatische mechanische Verriegelung als zweite Lastsicherung.

FHB 3000 from Finkbeiner lifting systems:
The portable lift is easy to manouvre by only one person on 2 front wheels and 1 rear wheel handle.
The doors of the car can freely open, at any height, without disturbing lift pillars on the side.
Additionaly to the hydraulic locks by check valves placed directly on the hydraulic cylinders there is an automatic mechanical locking device.

It cost 7750 Euro which makes it about $8800 and NOT $13000 as anurag77719 stated!

You can buy 2 post lifts in the US for a 10th of that BUT are not portable.. Well Dannmar MaxJax is portable and cost about $1900 US. Oh yes you need to bolt it down.
