The miracle of birth started the day you shared the gift with us all. The fact that you continue to move beautifully through this wonder of life and share it so fully is humbling. You and Sean will make the best of guardians.
This both amazes me and terrifies me all at the same time. I do dance and figure skating and i doubt i can even do half that stuff...AND SHES PREGNANT!!
Hi! My name is Charlie and I'm the video editor at Netmums - UK's largest parenting site with over 7 million unique visitors per month. We recently came across your VIDEO and we wanted to reach out to you and ask whether we could feature it on our site and across our social media. Just to clarify, we would download your video, adapt to our editorial tone and then post it across our channels. We would of course credit you fully and put the original video source within the featured video.
One would think that if it wasn't okay--- with her doctor that she wouldn't be doing =it---- that being said--usually they say that you shouldn't start an exercise regime but keep doing what you've been doing-- and she definitely looks to be very well practiced in the art of yoga....
It looks like she's a professional yogi. Doctors usually advise against inversions and deep backbends IF you're not an experienced practitioner, but it's obvious she knows what she's doing. Don't try this at home though! :)
