A Celtic Blessing For Travelling | May The Road Rise To Meet You

This blessing is an ancient Celtic blessing for travelers, read over a backdrop of Scottish scenery in the City of Glasgow. On one of my first trips abroad as a solo female traveler, my mum wrote me a letter containing this Celtic blessing for travelers, and I held it tight in my heart over the months that I was away from my family. It goes like this:
May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
May the rain fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
