Hi! Although the straps are not padded well, but somehow they sit comfortably on my shoulders. I have had no issue with the weight even when the bad is filled with my camera equipment, gym gear and clothes.

shoulder strap are not that good.. Looks cheap, not so strong.. I liked Nike air max bag they are good in terms of every features..and they are cheaper than under armour
