    The black bag with orange accents (mine, as shown) seems to only be available on the UA store. As I'm writing this, there's also a "dark maroon" version on the same listing. Alternatively, I found a blue (with yellow-ish paint specs) version on Amazon only (perhaps a discontinued SKU with limited stock): amzn.to/3wrJqi5 --- Anyway, this got more views than I expected. If you want to see a video update on how it's held up for over a year now plus what I like/dislike, let me know!

    For anyone wondering, it can fit a 15.6 Inc laptop witch makes its perfect for traveling. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxhqixo9uZ1YyoCn9PYPPCh4S-n-1Z-vJl I got the small size and its pretty big, I would even say that you can be fine with an extra small one. With the small you can fit a 15.6 inch laptop, 2 - 3 jeans or panta and at least 4 to 5 shirt and a pair of shoes(if you travel more than you go to the gym of course) and you will still have a lot of space to spear if you know how to organize it. Overall I LOVE IT.

      One question, weren’t you afraid that the zipper is gonna snap? Since the straps are fixed to the back compartment and that is just what hold all the bag weight?

    I love that it doesn't have a compartment near the carabiners like the "Project Rock Pro Box Backpack". I travel Internationally and I'm trying to find a backpack that's durable, waterproof (preferably Drybags), and most importantly pickpocket proof. Too bad that the cellphone slot appears to be quite exposed. I think I can either use a lock, be more aware of my surroundings, or, simply keep my valuables on the inner part of the bag and access my phone using my watch. Anyway, thank you for this, and if you have a suggestion based on my specifications, do let me know. Take care and Thank you for a nice clean video.

    Any interest in a follow up video to get more thoughts on my use over the last few months? I can answer some questions in more detail, tell you what I've really liked, what I wish it did better, how I've been using it for travel as well as for the gym, etc. Give this comment a thumbs up if there's any interest, and leave a reply if you have a specific topic/question you want me to address.

      Did the lack of a chest strap affected your enjoyment of the backpack?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry I missed this question! No, hasn't impacted my enjoyment even though I consider it one of this bag's biggest 'cons.' I expect that's due to my use and not wearing it for too many hours at a time. If you travel a lot and wear a bag around town or have a long commute, then I bet the lack of a chest or waist strap would start to annoy you.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You’re welcome! And yes sorry those weren’t the best filming conditions but I was about to go on a trip and wanted to use the bag, so I was eager to film. Been on quite a few since, and the bag is holding up perfectly. I’ve had maybe one loose stand of nylon stick out (of course by the zipper’s path) but it was easy to snip (wasn’t from damage or wear or anything).
      If there’s anything you have specific questions about, let me know!

    Great review mate. Straight on point. It has really everything what i need to know especially that i m going in holiday in 5 6 days.
    The bag looks nice,good pockets inside and out but i read mixed reviews about the strap and doesn t look to be that sturdy and durable.
    The only good thing is that in UK now is only 30 pounds.. I dunno it it s a good price considering that it was released around 3 yrs ago...and soon maybe they ll release version 2 of this bag...

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks! That is a nice price but you have really good counter points. Durability wise mine is still solid after lots of travel both long and short trips. My biggest issue is the lack of additional supporting straps for the waist and chest even to make the larger bag easier to wear for longer durations. However I see project rock has released 3 new bags but none have the extra straps I want so idt it’s in their design style. They also released a waist bag which I think about to order 🤔

  • @김세연-g4i

    Is it comfortable on ur back? It doesn't seem to be contoured well on ur back and also not have any kind of air through structure to it so I'm just wondering cause i tend to get sweaty on my back regardless of weather! Thanks for the great review!

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Yes, it’s rather comfortable on the back even when loaded up very heavy. I will say I wish it had a strap to go around your waist for additional support, but I’ve been on a handful of trips since this video and have found it practical and comfortable. It also could use a strap to let you slide it onto a suitcase, but I manage to secure it to my carry on roller when I want a break at airports and would rather roll around the weight on easy floors. As for the airflow, it’s not the best, but I can’t say I’ve ever tried any backpack that didn’t make my back sweaty haha I’m the same way. I like the side grab handle which makes it easy to carry and give my back a chance to breath in those situations. And you’re very welcome. Thanks for watching!

    Hi. That was a cool video. Please continue like that. I would like to ask you a question. Is it suitable for laptop 15.6"? And is the space for laptop secure? I mean is the material around it solid to prevent demage on the laptop? Thanks.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Yes, it will fit a 15.6” laptop sufficiently. It’s padded enough to protect it on either side during regular wear and normal handling. However the bottom isn’t padded much so I wouldn’t drop the bag or toss it roughly.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! So I had two in the vid. The first one that I clipped to the front of the bag is by a brand called Mobot. It’s actually a foam roller, as well. Super cool and convenient. The second water bottle showed was at the end and slid into the bag’s actual water bottle pocket. It’s by Ladder (the supplement brand).

  • @Grayson_Baker

    Great review. What is the bag like for water resistance?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you. It's decent for water resistance. A light rain or short time exposed will be just fine. I wouldn't stay long in the rain, however, without a plan to reduce exposure. It's not advertised as water-proof so I wouldn't risk it esp with electronics inside.

    @annabelteng6743 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    What about in the heavy rain? Will the items in your bag get wet?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's "highly water-resistant" and "100% Polyester" according to UA, so I would avoid (and I actively try to avoid) 'heavy' rain. I am not worried about a light rain. I typically have an umbrella on me (in the bag) to avoid a direct downpour on myself and the bag. Ideally, I'd have a waterproof cover for the backpack, but I personally don't have need for one. If I'm suddenly caught without an umbrella in a really heavy rain, i'd try to wear my raincoat over the bag (and run for shelter lol). Point is, I try to be prepared, but I'm not worried about it being caught in the rain for long enough to do damage as I personally don't want to be in a rain like that for long.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  ปีที่แล้ว

      You got it! Yes, the laptop itself should fit just fine in the dedicated sleeve which is decently padded and soft. However, if you have a rather bulky laptop case/cover/sleeve thing to protect it, it might be too tight, but that doesn’t mean you can’t fit it in the general compartment of the bag with ease.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Heavy rain for an hour, I wouldn’t think so.. I would want something built and advertised as water proof rather than just resistant for a situation like that. I would try to tuck this bag under my rain coat or add a waterproof layer over the top of the bag to act like a roof/runoff. They make waterproof covers that fit various sized bags I think (I’ve never needed one).
