    Wow this was extremely affective I haven't used my light mini band ......ever until today and I just thought this is the perfect routine to travel with.

    Nicole, I'm very far behind in the calendars you've been publishing on Patreon, (I just have to do them all and in order, I'm mental, it's fine) and I'm just realizing I haven't had a new one in a few months.
