sir, ur video is nice and helpful to my research scholar especially to the plant breeding students. I have one query. is there any command in r to find out significance gca and sca effect.
drive.google.com/open?id=1zscX0WFki56lxTuGnYFYWz0va3YUt7MX There is no one-line code for getting sig of gca and sca effects. I am sharing the link of an excel tool which will help you ! Regards RAJ
For any kind of analysis like, PCA, D square statistics, Diallel, line x tester, stability, GMA, etc one can mail the details to hirdesh90@rediffmail.com. we are providing the analysis of thesis data.
Dear all, | tried to analyse line x tester and diallel crossing data using R software but I got difficulties in R syntax. could you help me by providing the syntax of line x tester and diallel data for single site with and without parents and multi locations with and without parents.
I have four male and five female their crossed is 20 total is 29 and in three replication when me do linextester analysis in R studio it gives an error that contrast can be applied only to factor with 2 or more levels what does it mean please help. Waiting for your reply Thanks
OK it's mean we write the data in numeric form e.g 1 to 5 number is given to female and 6 to 9 number to male if we have 5 female and 4 male instead of character in female and male column. Than the R recognize that this is a factor. Thanks

Hello, what if the experiment was Carried out as a multi-environment trial how do you get environment here because it seems the analysis of line by tester demonstrated does not take care of environment. I would be glad to have your thoughts on this. Thank you.
Hii Zia! Suppose we want to arrange data for 5 females, 3 males and 15 crosses. Give 1-5 no. to female lines and 6-8 no. to males lines. The crosses are mentioned by the combination of male and female lines. Kindly have a look at the data set given below. th-cam.com/users/redirect?v=ZJ_8c1QJy8k&event=video_description&q=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fopen%3Fid%3D1_5VcRaL9SQC9TEKsbDPj4zfnETnyu-vy&redir_token=umTH3oqfvmTDtCAIkBNgIvtz_zt8MTU2MTg4MDc1N0AxNTYxNzk0MzU3
Please, I am trying to run a Line by Tester analysis with alpha Lattice design. I keep getting this error message: Error in `[[.default`(data, "replication") : subscript out of bounds. Kindly see the design below: 2 replications 10 Blocks (9 crosses and 1 check). Each block has 6 plots 3 testers 18 Lines Please, can you help me with this? Thank you.
Good evening sir, please can you help me with North Carolina design 2 analysis. It is another matin design just like line X tester. I need it badly. Hope to hear from you. Thank you
1) Place all the traits side by side to Replication, Male and Female column. 2) In R script, replace Yield with the trait for which you want to carry out analysis Regards Raj

Thankz a lot bro, it will help a lot of researchers. Keep it up for more designs :D
the output command doesnt work how command for output in word pad
You can directly copy paste from console
The output command is really not working. There is something that we are missing
We are working to put line x tester in detail on Agri Analyze online with 2 weeks stay tuned
