    ı have a problem with LSD. In my study (Yield ~ factor(N) + factor (S) + factor(N)*factor(S)), I obtained factor(N) and factor(S) but ı can not obtain factor(N)*factor(S). its important for me. What can I do ? Do you have any idea?

      Your problem seems to be factorial CRD type. There two options:
      1) You can use deobioresearch package. It has direct function for two factor CRD along with LSD test.
      2) LSD.test(factor (N): factor (S), dependent var, ...)
      LSD.test function belongs to agricolae package

    Dear Agricultural statistics! Thank you for your video, it is very useful. I used my dataset under a randomized complete block design. The ANOVA results indicated no significance (p value > 0.05). However, when I try testing Duncan or LSD test, the results showed a significant difference among some treatments (different lower letters). Could you please explain why I got this result? Thank you.

    Hi I am analyzing my pool data of same trials over different locations. It is a mix model with both random and fix factors. I want to run the LSD analysis using the interaction df and MSE in my LSD calculation and mean separation, but don't know how to do it in R. Could you advise? Thanks
