    Welcome to today's video where I try out the 75 Hard Challenge, but my own version. There are currently different variations of this challenge, such as 75 Medium & 75 Soft, so I decided to take what I liked from them to create my modified 75 Hard/Medium* Challenge.

    Congratulations on making it the 75 days. It does sound like an interesting concept. I also love both sets of nails. Very nice colour.

    Good for you and all your discipline! With a challenge like that you can’t trust the scale. You build so much muscle working out like that you can’t accurately tell by the scale how much fat has been burned since muscle weighs so much more. You have to go by how you feel and the fit of your clothes. You did great! 💪🏼😎

    Great job putting in the work! And that’s great you modified the program to work best for you. And omg I’m not a morning person at all so I understand the struggle. I’ve been trying to get up and do two a days. But I haven’t been doing so well. So I pay for it later in the day.
