- We break the holy turn order by bringing upkeep steps to the main phase with Obeka, Splitter of Seconds. This EHD deck will let you keep up the most, and I'm not even sure if that makes sense.

I loooove this commander. I had a deck around the old obeka, and a 9th doctor upkeep deck and this is like these put together. And even better than the 9th doctor.
Ya definitely take the 9th doctor (which was fun too) to the next level!! I have the 10 doctor built around suspend…. It’s honestly pretty good i had to dismantle the precon to do it for sure tho, but I’m wondering now if I should switch out rose Tyler for Clara Oswald giving the doctor the colors to run obeka and black does have some good suspend cards!

I recently played this deck at my lgs and using all those upkeep effects can be a bit time consuming, but its so much fun i went more with the initiative and it flows so well id highly reccomend.
That's a very valid point. All of those upkeep triggers are going to consume a lot of time resolving. If you're a slow player like me, the table may dislike how much durdling you're doing. Definitely a deck where you need to set that expectation beforehand.
You mentioned Triskaidekaphobia, but I like the idea of Triskaidekaphile instead. Instant wincon if you can manage to generate draws.
