Thank you for this review bro! i dropped a sub,the controller has been updated and now it allows 0 deadzones, even tho it doesnt really reach the maximum,so u gotta work with the software!
Well I was of the opinion the Pro S was the best controller I've ever used until 3 weeks in and the module started glitching (more of a glitch/jitter than drift) so I bought a replacement module, another 3 weeks later exactly the same so I put it in my unused controller drawer - it has quite a collection. I bought the Gamesir G7 SE after and loved it, probably favourite controller of all time if only it had a slightly better build quality - hopefully a pro version is soon. Gonna wait a few weeks to see if they release a fix and hopefully you'll have no glitching/jittering either, if they get that right it'll be my go to without doubt. Thanks for being a guinea pig once again. Cheers.
Bro at times I feel so unlucky with this stuff, but the reality is early adopters do have to put up with issues 😂. I'm hoping the forced minimum deadzone is not mandatory otherwise it'll be a difficult one to recommend.
@@thephototechy Is on g7se 1000hz still available through pc and if it does, does it really still performs response time 1ms like 1000hz or, I mean like before. Is it much faster than normal controller.
So far Gamesir seems to have the best out of the Ksilver JH16 for me too, the balance of resolution and response makes it I don't even feel the smoothing of the diagonals even. I do have to say that I much prefer the Kalied over G7se in Xdefiant, I thought it was the ergonomics but I have a feeling that it's the extra points on the aim output that makes it so.
Love your channel, super informative and by FAR the best in-depth controller reviews! Is there any chance of getting a Xbox controller buyers guide? Swapped from pc to Xbox a month ago. I’ve had horrible luck with buying controllers. I’ve tried 8bitdo ultimate and the p2. Amazing sticks, by far the best I’ve tried but horrible lb rb on both. Also Xbox elite 2 and gamesir g7se both with horrible stickdrift out the box. I’ve also had to swap in 2 stock Xbox controllers bc stickdrift. I’m insanely frustrated with buying controllers. Now giving the powera fusion 3 a shot seeing as it’s cheap with 4 paddels so I can run through a few of them per year. Hopefully works out this time around🤞
Hi, I know my question has nothing to do with the video, but I would like to know what has been your experience with the turtle beach stealth ultra? Does it still work well? Has it given you any problems? Do you recommend it?
Yo bro any update about the sh5 modules i still with the s5 or s2 modules are great feel so accuraat and great feeling ingame butt when i use the sh5 modules its so bad very slow and if i play deadzone 0 it still i play with deadzone 10 feel not accuraat hope you can explain that or fix that for same feeling what s5 or s2 gives
The Eswap Pro and X had major design flaws. The internal plastics of the buttons always break. I've had multiple of them. The S is better but it still runs at 500Hz. With this module and if they would design a 1000Hz version I would give it another shot, because the ergonomics are amazing.
Thanks You so much for the information. I have 1 question; the board of the SH5 are exactly the same as other eswap stick modules? (I meansame SMD's an so on). I suspect that, maybe I pick some Sticks from favor union and replace in my modoules, do you think this should work?
Update: I finally instaled hall effect modules in my blue crystal joysticks and worked. Nees some adjustments in Thrustmaster application fornthe ranges (S,M,L), to avoid keylock. The frictioner also can help chamging It or modifying It.. the video was so helpfull to rech It, i spend a lot id time truong It unsuccesfull until i Saw the video that was clarifying me some things. Thanks a lot.
Hi, I have a problem. Recently I bought an IEM earbuds from KZ and with Gamesir controller I can hear pretty loud hiss. With my headset there (Turtle Beach 70x) is no problem. Is there any solution? I tried changing audio options like mic controller level or volume but doesnt help.
Hey bro so you have press and hold button 1 and 2 at the back then plug the controller in, press both triggers all the way down without trigger stops 3 times, then engage trigger stops and press down 3 times, disconnect reconnect and it's done. If you find triggers having ghost fires then definitely do the calibration
I have a question/test idea for you! I recently bought a wired pro controller for my PS5 but my mic doesn’t work at all. I found out about the controller assist option and have been using my wireless standard dualsense controller for my microphone use. I connect my dual sense controller first then use my pro controller as my assist controller. My question is, would i receive some type of input delay on my pro wired controller just by using this option?
Hey bro so I did a similar test on Xbox for G7se in 1000hz when used with a second controller for audio. On Xbox there was no delay added to G7se but the issue was to use a deadzone able to avoid drift for the second controller. Will definitely look into this one as well
@@thephototechy thank you man, because I’m on PlayStation and I’m wondering if my assist controller would experience delay. I can’t wait to see your test!
Hey bro personally I believe HE sticks right now need to have 0 deadzones as they don't have a lot of drift at rest. I'd say keep deadzones to 0 in Razer app and keep the double deadzone checked off, as someone did mention it adding latency, but I haven't been able to recreate that myself. Still keep it off as it only works if you do apply a deadzone in Razer app. If you do need a bit of a deadzone due to drift at rest position, then use the in game settings which can give a smaller value, compared to what seems to be a 3% minimum on Razer app with value 1.
Hi bro what controller use you now for console i use now the g7he best feeling also eswap x2 with the modules s5 best feeling butt i want play with hall effects sticks thats why i use the g7he
Hey bro so I still prefer my G7se for sure but the sticks are now too loose for sure. I do like the Kalied and use it a lot for Xdefiant and using the Wolverine V3 TE for COD right now.

I don't think we can get the same feeling as the standard S5 on the SH5. There are definitely some differences like I showed here, specially with in the 100% output shapes compared. For me personally adding a bit more output to the small and medium zone made a difference, but each to their own so what worked for me is not going to be for everyone , specially if they are used to the standard S5 modules.

Whats the best controller for call of duty. I have used the eswap controller with s5 modules i think they are great but they suffer from a reliability aspect. Is there an alternative that has a same accuracy as the eswap but with better reliability

Try hard resetting the profile (by holding the map button until the leds flash). It should also recalibrate the modules
In your opinion, what feels better between the new Hall effect thrustmaster sticks and the razer Wolverine pro v3?
Simple put, Gamesir is still the king 😜

in your full review, could you mention if the HE module requires a different amount of force to move the stick compared to the S5
Looking at getting the force meter and make a contraption to move it linearly to gauge the force, definitely the next project.
Would you consider these sticks more accurate then the ksilver modules in let’s say the razer Wolverine v3?
