I am not autistic, but the way you described how your brain would shut down when overwhelmed by sound is EXACTLY how I feel. I wish I could have expressed my feelings that clearly when I struggled with this during school.
It took me over 19 years of my live to realize that I'm not the only one feeling like this. It is never to late to express your feelings and its never wrong to let people know what you need. Hope my video helped you in some way
I wasn't diagnosed with autism but I show some traits. I don't like loud sounds or yelling either. I also have shutdown modes not often, but it happens
I was diagnosed with autism two years ago and I understand that many symptoms are reletable, it is valid to ask questions but before self-diagnosing you need to be well informed! It's ok to have some traits but don't fit the criteria, just be yourself!❤
I'm not autistic but I just can't help but admire autistic people. Idk why but I just think they're cute. Their behavior, the way they don't always understand stuff that other people do and how they sound. It's all just sooo cute and adorable❤❤
I have a brother who is autistic and currently nonvocal unless he's screaming. He is around 4 years old and is the cutest I've ever seen. I worry about him, maybe a little too much sometimes, but this honestly makes me feel a little better. ❤
Hello Silver! Thank you for this amazing video you doing so great! And I can relate in some way I do not have autism anything in that sort but I am also very sensitive to loud noises and crowded places. I get very anxious and hyperventilate what can cause me to have a break down or pass out I don’t have many people that understand that or support me is rather people making fun of me screaming in my ear and saying that I do all of that because I want attention. I have massive social anxiety, separation anxiety and depression.I overthink everything I do and question myself if I do everything right and people including my family doesn’t understand that they say I need to grow up and don’t be so sensitive. I try my hardest to go threw those days and be there for me friends no matter what! And if you need someone to talk to I am always there! Your not alone and we love and support you ❤
I can relate to your situation. In hyschool people were always loud and no mater how many times I told them about it, they never listened and just kept on being loud around me (I believe on purpose). When people asked me why I didn't want to go to school, it is because of this. I am glad that I can help you in this way. Hope that people will listen to you someday. I am here for you. And I'm glad that you all are here for me. (This was a very scary video to make because I am very scared to show myself from a vonerable side. Glad that it went well.)
Oh my goodness, this is making me cry in class lol, this really makes me happy to know that I’m not alone. I’m really sensitive to loud noises and people yelling at me, thank you so much for this video, Silver. ❤
I totally get you especially with the saying one thing but mean something else especially on days im overstimulated or overwhelmed by thigs (im also autistic)
I have ADHD, seperation anxiety normal anxiety and probably others that i don't know (possibly Autism but not diagnosed but hoping to get some answers after I figure out some health issues first) the noise is definitely the main reason why i go into no people mode faster (thats what i call it) i just need time away from the people with my headphones on (sometimes listening to your audios) thankfully a lot of the people ive surrounded myself with are very understanding and some even ask to try some of the things i use to help and they normally end up getting it for themselves as well. Lol i don't know if this has made any sense but i just wanted to tell the internet people because sometimes telling a stranger what your going through can help😊
Amazing. Telling people about what you need can help a lot. Currently whenever i am in a busy place (like the train) i put on my headphones and listen to a specific playlist i have made for myself. Usually this helps and i am glad that listening to my videos can do the same thing for you. Always keep people ho listen to you, close to you. They are some of the most valuable people in your live. Thanks for your story, and keep it up. I believe in you
I never know how autistic people felt because I never talk to them, but I know one lately, he rarely talk because he can't, he will scream if he got frustrated or sad, it's kinda make me feel worse because I can't do anything for him
It is wonderful that you want to help him, but you don't have to feel bad if you can't. Showing interest and showing that you care means the world to some people. So I thank you for wanting to help, even if you feel like you can't.
I am only at 57 seconds and I can already relate. I am a 22 yo drop out with OCD but an old friend has ADHD so I can seriously relate to this wonderful man here
I also have autism it’s really hard for me when I’m in school and I’m just scared to tell anyone not even my friends know only my family knows and I’m scared how my friend will react.
I am not going to tell you what to do. All I know is that telling the people around me really helps for me. Especially if your autism gives you problems in your day to day live. And if your friends care about you, than telling them this should only make things better. They might be able to help you get through the day better. But I also get why you're scared to tell them. So take your time. All in your own pace. Ik geloof in je.
@@Silver-Amethyst toen ik dit las begon ik oprecht te huilen niemand heeft dit me ooit verteld en ik ben oprecht blij dat jij me snapt want niet heel veel mensen snappen hoe ik me voel dankjewel ❤️
