Hi Everyone! Happy New Year! I hope you enjoy watching the soldering process for stained glass work. If you want to learn more on this topic, you might like this video.. th-cam.com/video/WhouhtL8VdE/w-d-xo.html
Thanks Lee. Another one of my friends likes to watch the soldering too. She was surprised to see how stained glass was made. Thanks for your support and watching my videos. My AB's are waiting patiently for my return. LOL I have an airbrush commission I have to do. No rush there! Cheryl
Hi Jane, stick with it. Do you have a glass grinder? If so, make sure you grind off all of the marker that is on the glass. Your pattern pieces should be exactly the same as your cut glass pieces.
@@artbycherylann8431 yes! I have a grinder. I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. I could really do with a class but its been difficult to find one here in the UK. I will persevere and in the meantime continue to enjoy learning what i can from guys like you 🥰
Before anything, I print out two patterns. One to cut for pattern pieces and the other is my pattern for laying out the pieces. I put pins next to the pieces as I build the design to hold them in place. There is no mold.

Its so relaxing for me watching the soldering and seeing the smooth lines appear. Lovely glass work too.

Another great video! I love watching your work. My biggest problem is getting the pieces to fit snugly together. Yours is so neat 😍

What are you using for the round mold?
