There must be correction in your Flow Chart. after seeing your offer and availability customer order. after receiving payment from the customer you are now saying the product is NOT available. if the product is NOT available the perfect solution is RETURN the Payment immediately. Why are you holding the customer's money and saying we are processing it and keep on extending the delivery date!!! is it right? are you arranging spare parts from Moon,Mars or Neptune.....Many MNCs are closed because of the misconception in their mind about the customers. always remember CUSTOMERS ARE THE KING(LION PICTURE).

agar market me product nhi hai aur aapke paaas bhi nhi hone ke chances hai toh paise kyu fasa dete ho customer ke? Agar aapko hai toh apna inventory up to date rakho na. Out of stock ka option hota hai na. usko kyu nhi daalte? agar mujhe part 4 maheene me mile aur mere paise bhi fasse rahe toh yeh kon sa business model hai. Simple sa kaam hai ki apne distributors se weekly inventory list mangao aur update karo. atleast banda apna time aur paisa done waste toh nhi karega.
