Vegetable Manchurian Recipe

- Vegetable Manchurian is a delicious Indian Chinese Recipe made from cabbage, carrot and many other ingredients.

Ingredients-
Some carrots
Some capsicum
Some beans
Some cabbage
2 tbsp maida
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp garlic
Few coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 green chilli
Salt as per taste
For the gravy:
2 tbsp cornflour
Some carrots
Some capsicum
Some beans
Some cabbage
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 onion
2 tbsp garlic
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Preparation-
"For the manchurian kofta:
Mix maida, cornflour, chopped vegetables, green chillies, red chilli sauce, salt, garlic and coriander leaves.
Mix well and make balls out of the mixture.
Heat the oil, add garlic, green chilli, onion.
Mix cornflour, water, soya sauce for the gravy.
Add vegetables to the pan and fry.
Add the cornflour mixture to the pan and mix.
add chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, water, green chillies.
Boil the gravy.
Add the fried manchurian balls and mix well and cook for sometime.
Serve hot"

every food is tasty but when the recipe is made from our hands it much better but this one is very very good that manchurian can be so easy
It doesnt matter wheather she cooked or not but the trick is ri8 n I tried it at home it was so yummy and machurian takes time to be cooked so it would take atleast 20 min n if she would such a long video der will be less views so I tnk its ri8 evry1 are sucking seeing all big-big masterchefs video which are famous well I njoy seeing dis n I will suscribe for it

Toward the end she put them in and cooked them in the gravy.
The Manchurian balls supposed to be deep fried later dropped into the gravy. If you let it cooked into the gravy then the balls won't remain crispy. It's up to you how what you like.

though the recipe isn't authentic but nicely explained... & tasted well too... just try to avoid much of the corn-flour instead dry potato powder powder + rice powder mixture is a good option
