Also if I don't join the mop up seat of all India will I be eligible for joining the state seat or not? 2) sir if a seat is allotted to me in all india round 1 and I apply for upgrading & I don't get upgraded then CAN I leave the round 1 seat or not? Will there be forfeiture of security money OR penalty (course fee for deemed or whatever for govt) 3) Also, in the above case (2), will I be eligible for further counseling in all india and state counselings? Please answer this sir, important questions so that out of confusion I don't loose existing seat and then don't even get another.
Sir, if i choose a particular branch(say x) of a particular college (say y), and if i am not alloted for that and i haven't been alloted to any of the branches and colleges i choose in round 1, so that i go to round 2. In case a student resigns from that 'x' branch of that 'y' college, the vacancy created, will i able to choose that 'x' branch of 'y' college in round 2? This doubt is because the prospectus mentioned that in round 2, only fresh choices should be selected and what does that mean?
Fresh choices refers to this sir - you will be able to select any choice available in round 2. You can choose x from y in round 2. In fact you can choose any seat available in round 2 and fill that in any order you wish 2. Round 1 choices won't matter.
