Pharma company u earn lot lot lot😂😂😂. I have worked in pharma company just after passing MD pharma. It does not pay u lot lot lot. Mine was novo nordisk insulin giant. Starting salary was 90 k/ month in the year 2016. Lots of travelling are there. Almost 21 days in a month. Basically a marketing kind of job. Growth depends how much you oil ur immediate reporting manager who may not be a medico. If u cant meet target u wd be abused just like any other marketing guys. Few companies are having exceptional cordial work culture like Boehringer Ingelham or Astra Zeneca. But u wd hardly get any openings in these companies. I wd suggest no one to take Pharmacology.

I'll tell you the truth about post general surgery residency struggles... 1.to get work in any pvt or corporate hospital is difficult in one teir hospitals 2.even if u get a job u will be given 80k salary(even post mbbs docs working in blr are earning this and more than this by working 16 hrs a day) 3.hands on during residency if it's less u might be less confident working outside 4.SRship in medical colleges is best to learn surgeries but u should have a guide or someone you know So unless your parents are rich enough, have your own hospital with surgical dept, and financial security, go for surgery Defineltly this branch is not for a middle class guy with no background..my brother did gs from AIIMS delhi as you know about hands-on experience is less and now struggling what to do..even if u graduated from aiims ur paid peanuts

Dude pulmonology is a good branch but if ur REALLY getting 170plus😂 u can opt for good branches like medicine,derma, radiology, because future will be so good in these branches If you opt for medicine you can treat pulmo cases too..and regarding the scope, the scope depends on you brother if you are an expert in the field everything will be under your control so gain knowledge and choose wisely

@@DebjaniDas-it9dc join a medical college for SRship post residency and become professor (in govt set up with lots of benefits and allowances with less headache) But if you wanna earn money Join pvt med college as SR and become professor At the same time open a clinic near rural areas or towns( if ur a good clinician) and increase your no of clinics gradually over the time in rural areas If ur confident enough with good financial background open a lab And slowly gradually increase the no of labs Or you can run a small business (food ) if you don't want the headaches of clinics and labs
