The first step is realising there is no thing mundane in the first place.
There is a great little turn of phrase that comes from the Buddha's teachings: "Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional". We are all in for some pain by virtue of being human, and in fact pain is a necessary guidance mechanism. But suffering is the resistance that the mind adds to the pain, and that is what we can free ourselves from.

Ok, you all need to do a series of the repeating patterns of the Cosmic fetus. I once found a very old tomb at a public library that I was not allowed to check out, decades ago, this book showed the repeating patterns of the fetus in the body, palm, kidney, lung, muscles,etc. Like the embryo has a master pattern that repeats the specializes. This pattern is in the Universe and repeats on each celestial orb. Yin and yang is also the two twin fetuses.

I have always been drawn to spirals and know the significance, but lately the shapes, sacred geometries and the natural order of the universe is making me obsessed with the connections and implications for the healing of our world. This is phenomenal, Thank you.
Healing of world? If Maslow's hierarchy of needs is fulfilled, then people and the world will be more able to spiritually be at ease. But with people having different desires and needs, I don't think it will be fulfilled any time soon.
The world will never heal, it's us that need healing and it's por job to do so.

This information is outstanding and needs to be spread to the masses. Any negative feedback is denying self. I am blown away at how the ancients were able to describe and demonstrate this in art. Even if they remotely described this it's still immense proof there is something spiritual about that knowledge. Amazing. The perfect balance of science and God. I have watched these films many times and always get something new from it. The visuals are amazingly beautiful. For years I wondered why when I closed my eyes and meditated I saw a cloud spiraling clockwise. I know we are all amazing and much more this body. In meditation I feel this energy. I also enjoyed reading people's comments. We are all great creators! Many people are waking up to understanding we are much more. One morning I went to Georgian Bay to see the sun rise. That day it was raining softly on the water. On the water there were thousands of mist spirals of mist.

This collectively verbalized something I have "awakened" to in the last decade - the truth that I have always known but couldn't remember all the details - something that when I hear it I know it to be the unspoken "truth" that I knew innately as well as now - something that is such a wealth of lateral knowledge & information - yet, most people around you will never, in their entire lives, even be reminded of it. If they don't "get it" now, they never will "get it". The more truth that I remember, the further away I am from others who still are unaware of its existence. Its lonely sometimes.... Like, you are the only person in the room - but, then I find company & comfort in the truth when it reminds me, of the part we all play, in the roles we have been cast...... This is a brief explanation for "LIFE":
Everything, both visible and invisible, is what most persons call "God".
God is One Reality but just as a knife cannot cut itself, God cannot know itself (or at least EXPERIENCE Himself) and so has manifested this phenomenal universe within Himself. Therefore, this world of duality is really just a play of consciousness within Consciousness.
Apparently, this phenomenal universe was "created" (within Consciousness) with the initial act (the so-called "Big Bang") and from that first deed, every action that has occurred has been a direct or indirect result of it.
Therefore, each of us humans were the result of that initial manifestation. That is the real explanation for "karma" - everything was preordained from the initial spark (or to be more precise, preordained in ETERNITY).
Whatever state in which we currently find ourselves is the result of two factors alone - our genetic make-up at conception and our present-life conditioning.
Because we are temporarily residing within this dualistic universe, we experience both pain and pleasure, BOTH of which can (and usually does) cause us suffering.
Suffering and pain are not the same.
There are five kinds of suffering:
Guilt
Blame
Pride
Worry/Anxiety
Attachment to outcomes/Expectations
These types of suffering are the result of not properly understanding what was explained above, that life is a series of happenings and NOT caused by the individual living beings. No living creature, including us humans, has individual free-will. There is only the Universal, Divine Will at play, acting through every body.
The body/mind is simply a biological machine.
So now that you understand life and why we are suffering here in this (supposedly) material universe, you are now able to be liberated from all forms of suffering, RIGHT?
WRONG! It is imperative to find an authentic spiritual master to assist you to come to the above realization, by slowly undoing your past conditioning.
Even if you follow a competent teacher, you may still not come to a full understanding of life but if you are sincere, humble and dedicated, you will definitely find more peace in your daily life (all of which was DESTINED to occur, of course).

Since I became interested in learning about how our "meat" and animal products are produced, it is clearer to me how far gone we are from our original consciousness rooted in the primordial intelligence in harmony. We are so far gone that we depend and are literally addicted to bringing into the world and manifest such evil as animal factory farming, fur, slaughter, live export, leather in fashion, Yulin dog meat festival and on and on ...we depend on this evil for sustenance and to fuel our bodies and minds. Something inherent in this I find deeply and eerily amiss. Please consider leaving the corpses of animals off of your plate and off of your back and in your furniture and learn about these industries and inform others. Thank you.

This is amazing. For 2017 I promised myself to explore my potential without all the bad habbits that are typical of musicians. But what to do with my restless self? 4 years ago, this documentary was shown in our College. I was very fascinated by this but didn't carefully watched it because of the noisy uninterested people in that hall (almost everyone). I somehow remembered the name and suddenly today a thought came about it and i searched it....glad to watch this again.😊 this time with deeper understanding.

I had to come back to this for some reason. I've seen it many many times over the past 4 years and every time I come back to it I observe something different, something new each time. A new understanding, a different intuition. The spiritual walk never ends , the awakenings and the connectedness always brings something new. It's a pathless path just like the samadhi 3

It's hard not to take this stuff for granted as we live within it, but it's nice to imagine yourself learning as if it was an alien world full of new forms.
Is there any doubt that we are God and God is us? We carry the same spirals within ourselves that are demonstrated in nature from the spiral of the heavens to the spirals at sub-atomic levels. We come here as God, hiding from our true selves, playing a game to figure out that yes we are God. We are only here on this Earth for 70 or 80 years, then we return to the Godhead and report our findings to the collective consciousness that is all there is. There is no beginning and no end, just the passing on of knowledge that is assimilated by the one. Thus, growth becomes possible and change is the only constant. God is within you, not outside of you sitting on some cloud judging you constantly and inspiring guilt non stop. That is not God.

In my heart I knew to keep pushing and remember the inner child within my heart and spirit. I have been "cultivating" good thoughts and good actions in myself, healing my soil, purging it of impurities and now rather than wanting or trying, I will allow nature to take her course and what I've sowed will come into fruition. How blessed we are..God is in all 🌹🌻

I DO believe in the creative force of nature, the beautiful symmetries and harmony of the cosmos, down to the very small and up to the very large, and the vast mystery behind how this order came to be. We can only scratch the surface of the truth of nature with science, there is so much more to learn. We are the cosmos, and the cosmos is us.

You proved why you don't know God by saying we are the cosmos and the cosmos is us. Look to the source of who you truly are. Throw away any part that is not you but you only consider yours, for example ppl say my body, my mind.. yet so few know themselves truly. You are awareness. That is all you are and that is all there ever has been. Creation is an illusion of mind, actually it is mind in a sense, and it was never created. The perception of relativity or dualism arose with the thought I Am. With this thought God or pure awareness or whatever you'd like to call it came into form. Not as form but into the perceiving of it. For this awareness to have experiences and rediscover who it is again and again thru infinite forms is the high point in human achievement yet the human in reality isn't the one who attains the liberation but awareness is seen as all and the illusion of separation dissolves and one is left in the real reality. Body is ego and ego is identifying with what you are not, the body. Here on our planet there is an identity crisis and it is cause of every issue one can experience. Go within and see it for urself. That which is born and dies is impermanent and illusory. Awareness which has always been and always is is the only reality. What u believe to be life is simply a dream happening within the formless no-thing that is awareness, the one true thing that can't even be conceptualized. Yes, our world has elevated thinking to become supposedly the highest point in evolution. But thinking in and of itself can be either beneficial or harmful depending on how it is used. Thinking can be informed by our inner wisdom, or it can be compulsive, pathological, like playing a video game or endlessly checking email. Pathological thinking is the thinking which needs to be corrected, brought into balance through connection to the inner world.

I saw some of this in a dream like state a few years ago. I went many days with out sleep. Normally i would just assume that it was me hallucinating, but I was simply just re-remembering stuff that I had always known but then forgot when I got born onto this earth. The most important thing that I can say is that every particle that I saw was infused with love and that love really is a legitimate power and force in the universe.
Sadly, however, I have not found a way to make this force cut down on my electric bill! (LOL) :-D I'm still human and have to deal with mortality like everyone else.

Spirals are everywhere
I have no words to describe how liberating this film has been .. it helps the senses, through visuals and language, to get in touch with this true nature. The inner gut feeling tells me how truthful this is, the inner world and the outer world we are all it, we are all energy. It is beautiful and powerful. To start on this path to discovery is the most difficult part for many of us though, but hopefully more people will start turning back to themselves and to nature to find peace and purpose.
