The message is clear and it resonates true, " still the mind and go within." From within we access our divine truth - the universal knowledge that exists eternally. I'am hopeful and see all of the change that is occurring and changing in my own life.

I've been studying Buddhism lately and so much of this relates to the Buddha's views; the focus on inward meditation, that you are not your mind..this put it in such a beautiful way, an absolute fantastic series, am surprised (though perhaps not) that it didn't make it to a television documentary. As I get older, and I at one point was disappointed in the lack of progress in humanity given the external issues we continue to face, I've learned to start to look inward for tranquility and as the Buddha said, attachment to things, ideas, etc are the origins of suffering as we are afraid to lose these things or when we do we suffer..emptying oneself and allowing us to be present is what I hope to attain..this series definitely puts one on the right path..thank you so much for this!

Yes, people need to understand that there is so much more to life than a 9-5 job, and paying taxes out the ass to the elite while they sit on their yachts, eat caviar, and plan where to go next, ON OUR DIME. See and know that there is more than that to life.
Yes, the Buddha discovered a sort of proto-neuroplasticity. The mind, your ego and sense of "I" is shaped/ created by the thoughts moving through the mind. The "you" that you are literally becomes what you think and have thought. There is also a witness observing this mind, this self-creation process, and this witness is "not- self", anatta, or simply the realization of the illusory self. Consciousness has become identified with mind, like an actor identifying with their costume or mask. Once we realize we are free to change our thoughts and minds, then we are free from the dream of the self.

This has been one of the best documentaries I have watched in a very long time. The amount of truth and knowledge that is spoken is incredible. The message is clear and it resonates true, " still the mind and go within." From within we access our divine truth - the universal knowledge that exists eternally. I'am hopeful and see all of the change that is occurring and changing in my own life.
I love the way you are bringing harmony from various systems. After all, whether Mayan, Hindu, Sufi, Christian, Buddhist, Greek or whatever.... all are our ancestors and all the intelligence are our free and rightful inheritance.
you do create your reality, with your thinking and beleifs and intention and excitement. And you always accept exactly where you are. That is LOA and it is ancient.
This series should be required viewing for all mankind starting at a very early age. Who needs [REALITY] when all one needs is within...

I've been studying Buddhism lately and so much of this relates to the Buddha's views; the focus on inward meditation, that you are not your mind..this put it in such a beautiful way, an absolute fantastic series, am surprised (though perhaps not) that it didn't make it to a television documentary. As I get older, and I at one point was disappointed in the lack of progress in humanity given the external issues we continue to face, I've learned to start to look inward for tranquility and as the Buddha said, attachment to things, ideas, etc are the origins of suffering as we are afraid to lose these things or when we do we suffer..emptying oneself and allowing us to be present is what I hope to attain..this series definitely puts one on the right path..thank you so much for this!

Yes, the Buddha discovered a sort of proto-neuroplasticity. The mind, your ego and sense of "I" is shaped/ created by the thoughts moving through the mind. The "you" that you are literally becomes what you think and have thought. There is also a witness observing this mind, this self-creation process, and this witness is "not- self", anatta, or simply the realization of the illusory self. Consciousness has become identified with mind, like an actor identifying with their costume or mask. Once we realize we are free to change our thoughts and minds, then we are free from the dream of the self.

Just brilliant, probably the best documentary i could have watched at this point but it is not for everyone. In my opinion if you are not already on an honest, openminded spiritual path you won't be able to fully appreciate this documentary.

Buddha not only ends human suffering, such as pain, Buddha also is free from all the human pursuit of feelings and emotions that torture people, such as mundane addition, angriness, and sadness. Buddha shows this to us and we can all follow Buddha.
