👋 That is typically how fraud claims work from my understanding. A person commits fraud when you go against the statements mentioned in the application. There are so many legal statements on these applications that you are attesting to when you check boxes and/or sign your name on the applications. Most people either do not read, do not understand, let a "professional" advise them into proceeding with the process, or simply believe they have found the ultimate loophole.
