If anyone doesn't know what Krampus is, It is a horned, anthropomorphic figure in Central and Eastern Alpine folklore who, during the Christmas season, scares children who have misbehaved
Actually it originated in Germany
Just to add on, he is practically the shadow of saint Nicholas. While St.nick gives to the children who have been good, Krampus punishes and scares the bad. In lore, which varies, he goes to individual towns with St. Nick and either just punishes them (whipping them or drowning) or straight up puts them in bags and tosses them in hell.

My mom actually works at a school for the blind. What Jay says is all true! They learn what things are through a special language called Braille. Basically, it's a bunch of tiny bead-looking things that they feel and they are taught from a very young age what different feels of Braille mean. :)

Krampus in German stories is Santa's counterpart, or an evil version of him. Krampus, instead of rewarding good kids would punish the naughty by beating them with either chains, or he'd use some of the sticks in his bag. Then he would basically kidnap them
Side note, he usually looks like an evil Bigfoot with antlers and a bag of sticks on his back

Sorry I'm 5 days late but basically the kid at the end was the person that Sebastian bullied (that's why Krampus kidnapped Sebastian in the first place, because the in the real German folklore about Krampus it shows that he eats naughty children)
That's why it show the flashback of them in the uniforms and Sebastian about to punch the kid, the kid that Sebastian bullied forgave him at the end and he got the key to leave krampus's dungeon
