i’m a trafficking survivor. this game hits way, way too close to home. what i can say is that rings tend to be owned by people of authority (the large mansion.) and like jay thinks, they’re being taken by the people of authority. the pig head that he stole was probably going to placed on the child and then have her hung. (as the rope is above her head.) ive never seen a game actually present horrific events like this in the correct mannor to the point that it has brought me to tears.

By the way, the reason why its probably really dark in the game is because that the setting of the game is in the provinces, and the provinces of the philippines are usually really dark -coming from someone who lives in the provinces of the philippines

most unrealistic part of this game is he's still delivering water at night. anyone living in the philippine provinces knows that all services are closed by 6pm.

my mom owns one for 12 years, sometimes they didnt stop until 8pm
I think that applies on more rural provinces (ours anyway). But the delivery doesn't stop after 6 PM they just stop refilling around that time.

Those who aren't from SEA must be confused by 'water delivery' lmao. The fact that most people, like Americans actually drink from water bottles everyday and here I thought everyone drink from refilled water.
We have Culligan Man as well. It’s a paid service and it’s just like this. I reside in Flint. I think Mexico water is safer than ours. But I’ve seen people from reels drink from bags, or have to wells miles away from their home. So unless they have no internet or never been to history class, I’d say most knew 😅
As a person who lives in the UAE, alot of us use refilled bottles too (others get water filters so that they can drink straight from the tap)
We have this in America, too. But my family is filipino so idk if a lot of other people use this service
(The main point is that this isn't as confusing for Americans as one would think since it exists here too.)

My family used to own a water delivery service in Cebu! This kinda brought back memories
Even tho this is a rough topic, I’m super happy this game was made cuz this is soooo real, for some reason no one believes it. Or they sleep better at night telling themselves that, but from personal experience, this is a very real thing, not a conspiracy theorist made up legend, it’s very much like the game portrayed it

Kinda hits different when you're Filipino yourself, like it hurts more when you know it's one of your people, cos I usually manage to distance myself from dark things/true crime, but I can't when it's my Filo fellows. Child trafficking is one of the most disgusting things a human can do to another human, like to the extend as this game went, and I'm certain it's close to reality.
I mean this game, heavy topic... I ain't mentally stable enough for this even if I grew up in Europe unlike my mom who immigrated to Europe from PH when she was an adult. I think I'll keep this on TH-cam and not inquire my Filo mother on it.

But I can say from my Filipino family or specifically my mom, they are very catholic religious people. They believe in ghosts and evil spirits, and in charma. And when you live in poverty and feel hopeless, sometimes you pray for a miracle to rescue you (the witch in this case I'd say). I hope that analogy makes sense.
And I know from another TH-camr called Reignbot who is also Filipino and told a story how the elder in her family would tell her not to play hide and seek at night otherwise an evil spirit will take you away.

It's a free horror game based on true events that occurred in a castle in Saudi Paulo in Brazil, where a family supposedly killed eachother and the castle is now haunted. @@mooma10 Friendship and comraderie. It helps people understand the value of friendship. Oh and there's pain and depression and you will be sad, I've cried both my playthroughs lmao There's a huge twist at the end and it gets really twisted, but it's such a wonderful, wonderful game.

My great grandparents on my mom's side are from the Bahamas & south America & brought with them a "eat what you catch" way of living with them (hunting & fishing). So being on the coast & always being around water we got gator tail, whole fish, blue crab, soft shell crab, oysters, clams, & other sea animals. Then there's deer, chicken liver & gizzards, pig tail, pig's feet, etc. My grandpa used to talk about eating guinea pigs too but i can't bring myself to do it.
