When it comes to price/performance in the budget segment, the 1650 is the sweet spot among the 1050ti and the 1650ti because its either the 1650 or the 1660ti if you want more. The 1650ti with only 6-8fps boost compared to the 1650 doesn't justify the higher price by any means.
@@starmember132 as i know all gddr6 will come with 800ish cuda core, i just buy 1650ti if price not more than 30usd and with newer cpu, if not yea no way pay more for 7% improvement
@@artes6282 Looking at the clockspeeds, this is a 1050 ti max q. No way the full 75 watt 1050 ti had 1300-1400Mhz clockspeeds. 1050 and 1050 ti clocked about the same, but max-P versions of 1050 worked at 50 watt TGP, while 1050 ti at 75 watts.
I play this and msfs2020 on a ryzen 5600/16gbdualchannel 3200mhz/gtx 1650 laptop. It's good for 1080. I have mostly high-ultra settings on rdr2 so my avg is closer to 35 but you can tweak it, as shown. Edit: Be advised many of these 1650 laptops are sold with 8GB of RAM..Make sure it's upgradeable. 8GB is not going to be a good gaming experience.
Good comparison just wish you showed what the settings were in the games. In Far Cry 5 the 1650 is getting like 25 fps more than my desktop with an RX 5700 which is twice as fast as the 1650 on Ultra settings.
What are the settings for control? I will be playing it soon on gtx 1650 laptop and I wonder if you used a special combination of setting to get this amazing fps number.

Great recap! The 1650ti is just a marketing term for Nvidia and OEMs i personally think. And you got the point there.

Well, nowadays you can get the normal 1650 but with GDDR6, it has almost the same performance as 1650ti. So, its a big improvement

Why don't you mention this is a max q version of 1050 ti? the clockspeeds are super low. the full power 1050 ti clocks at around 1700Mhz.
