I love the supportive nature of women among women, but at the same time it shows the individuality you all have and how it can work harmoniously together. If you lived where I lived AND where Karin lived you would know, we do not have a dominant black population. Also, she is not only hiring Caucasian people, did you not watch the video? Lol.
