Stay Warm When Hammock Camping

Tips for staying warm when hammock camping in cold weather....
Although it seldom freezes in the pineywoods of Southeast Teaxs, it still gets cold enough for my fingers and toes to lose circulation and turn white / blue. I have Raynaud syndrome. It is extremely painful and can lead to gangrene if I don't quickly warm-up. Every time I take my gloves off in cold weather to take a picture, for example, my fingers will hurt for a long time.
