Hey SimLicy!! I love the build! Could you do a small one floor house? It would be for 4 childhood friends (two guys two girls) that went on and married each other (2+2). This is the story of my parents and their friends. They are still best friends and my dad and the other guy own a business together! I would love to see this :)
I absolutely LOVE themed kid's bedrooms. It makes me so happy to see spaces that just take every item in the game related to a single thing and concentrate them cohesively. Nice seeing a touch of this in the build!
The way you build is feeling inspiring for me to try it out. I always build the shell completely first but I like how you add windows and doors as you go first
I love all the plants and bushes. The landscaping is gorgeous. I always struggle with that. But in real life, I cringe to think of the spider problem this house would have lol. My brother had a house with flower bushes surrounding his house and he had huge spiders. He had to take out the bushes to get rid of them. Even the exterminator couldn’t get rid of them.
I’m so glad you used these windows - I love the look of them but I could never figure out how to make them work in a build. You did such a great job!!!
The window you are talking about in the beiginning isn’t the one that was in the promotion art, but the one that came in the kit! The one that got put in base game is a little more checked❤️
I'm new here and after watching Lilsimsie and Vixella, I noticed you build slightly different, since you put the wall/section down they you add the windows and doors and outside stuff, whilst Kayla and Sasha build the shell then figure out the rest. I'm not the best at building but I might try this.
I have an idea of a series of builds! Maybe every house is based off a different expansion or game pack! Not that you have to use every time, but the house has to be inspired by the pack
We have a litter robot and we love it. It’s great for two cats in an apartment since we had limited space. Then also you don’t have to scoop while pregnant (appeal for me!)
I love this! Funny story, I played a big sim family and put a tv in the parents bedroom, and the nanny kept coming in and turning on the tv in the parents room and waking them up! She would walk all the way upstairs to turn on this tv! So I fired her … then the kids started doing it. 🤣 I eventually deleted the tv
Do you think you could show the finished house in the beginning of the videos for a few seconds? I would love to marvel at it before the actual speedbuild starts.
This beautiful home reminds me of your older builds back in 2017. I like how American suburban this is 💜 I appreciate your simply decorated houses, it makes it easier for me to play my Sims and it's very homey.
I just wish we can place mirrors wherever we want like how windows or paintings are. Not really sure why the game makes it so we can't since mirrors are basically like paintings

The mirrors had always been that way. I remember using a mod that replaces them & made them move freely. Also, love the build!
For some reason I was thinking you can move mirrors up but not down. Is that correct?
@@meredithwemhoff9270 Using the bracket keys can place them higher, but not move freely like you would a picture.
you can move them up with moveobjects but not down. you can sometimes get around this by deleting the walls and moving the mirror up from the floor
Have you thought about building more retail stores? Or even a yoga studio?
