Would it be possible to put a list of the exact sets you used in the description? felix and harrie have so many sets and its hard to tell sometimes which items came from which set

Everything is base game compatible including the couch, the part of the couch that is a lounge is the only thing from dream home decorator. So you can get this cc pack just not the lounger. Beautiful build.

As a sims watcher for years, this whole build, the outdoor spaces, the layout and modern country vibe is my dream home and possibly my favourite build ever! The cc brings it to life! LOVE IT!!!
This is so beautiful, sometimes I wish EA would hire House of Harlix and their amazing CC would be base game. Now I also wish that EA would allow you to make starter homes with those items. This is incredibly well put together.
Although I’m still thankful that we had some of their items with a free update, it was my happiest day regarding Sims. Also the arrival of Cottage Living was one of my happiest days.

I’m in love and obsessed with this. I want to move my legacy family in here even though I just built them a new house. 😂 I don’t know where you get the creativity, but it’s amazing how much attention to detail you have. Honestly your builds are my go-to when I need a new home because your taste is so similar to mine and the details are always so immersive when playing.

I think a good combination of CC with the game content is healthy. As long as it's not "FULL CC BUILD HERE'S THE 400 CC LINKS YOU NEED".

What am I missing? The tv stand, children room wallpaper and the desk chair? It says that the game substituted 2 items and deleted 3 items? Please help. Thanks. NEVER MIND: SILLY ME. I DIDN'T HAVE THE COLONIAL SET PART 1 RAR FILE INSTALLED! It's all installed now. No popup messages from EA when I reinstalled the house after I opened the rar file. THANKS!!!!
You should do a fall time family home using cc. I’m on console so I can’t use cc but I absolutely love watching your builds using cc, it’s always so nice being able to see how much you can do using it!

Would love to know which exact sets you used aside from Orjànic, please, so I know what to download :) I recently removed all of my CC and am starting from scratch, but at the same time I don't want to completely fill my game with CC though oops!
This build actually puts me in mind of Martha Stewarts home. She has a greenhouse and a huge farm but it's beautiful!! There's a video of it on the new season of MTV Cribs. I'm not sure if you're familiar but you should definitely check it out on TH-cam if not!
You mentioned that you will be getting a gaming laptop for Sims on the go. Can you share what laptop and specs you go for as I’m currently researching what would be best laptop for all Sims packs, cc and mods, and a few other smaller games. 😊
