Delicious Green Mutton Curry Recipe
Ingredients :
mutton - 1 kg (on the bone)
3 onions, sliced
1 cup curd/yogurt (not too sour)
4 tbsp oil for cooking
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala powder (if not using spice blend)
Juice of 1/2 a sourlime
Green Masala Paste -
10 cloves, garlic
2-inches, ginger
8 green chillies (use as per taste)
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds (khuskhus)
2 tbsp cashewnuts
1 tbsp melon seeds
Spice blend (optional, you can add 1 tsp garam masala powder) -
1 mace
1/2-inch cinnamon
4 green cardamoms
4 cloves
6 -8 peppercorns
