Absolutely!! All these tips work. I stick to 14h fasting daily. But do u drink ur coffee with milk or not? Cause it kinda breaks the fasting if u drink it with milk doesn’t it?
@ same here. But I’d have green tea and then coffee in a while with soya milk but that would be already after 14h break and then just nuts and fruits … well not a big eater. Used to be a model so🙄And of course walking . I live in Barcelona so , the city is built for walking! Love ur channel. Just saw it , will be following 🙂
Celtic Salt will change your life. A small grain before drinking water does good. And Epsom salt baths (250g of Epsom salt per bath) is great. And of course: vitamins. I had to get fat for Scribblebytes (the incel character) and now I'm back to normal (32) by following these steps and HIIT obviously.
I'd say make it plant based and egg and milk based, and B vitamins. There are good options these days. Animal based has negative energy which affects your morphogenic field. Sorry.
