I don’t think people realize how RARE it is to hear idols use chest voice instead of falsetto while belting high notes. Kyungsoo’s belts here are so clear and well sustained with perfect transition between higher and lower register. All signs of how good he is as a singer.
Real😩 I was just scrolling and found it on a short only to dicsover there's no full cover😢 I've never heard of either of them till now, but her voice is literally so smooth and his voice just makes you feel safe and warm. I hope they collaborate on another song in future cause this was just beautiful 😊❤

whats amazing about Kyungsoo's singing is his voice never loses its fullness when he belts those high notes, even amidst a run you can still hear the resonance in his voice. he is amazing and he should do more collabs like this. Their voices fit so perfectly too, wow Suhyun is srsly great. Now this is what real singers sound like. In EXOs killing Voice you can see him only chilling and doing most background vocals, leaving the high notes to Baek and Chen. Doesnt mean his parts were easy, he just made it seem so because he can serve quality vocals effortlessly but sometimes only the musicians or those who appreciate music or can sing can hear those. But yeah, he can do power vocals too but that does not really define what a really good singer sounds like. This is the reason why he is my favorite vocalist ever. he is Mr chill, Mr Simplicity, Mr Understated and I love those qualities on him and more.

To be honest, I see a lot of compliments for Kyungsoo during their live performances. It's the three of them who gets a lot of those praises. But I hope to see Kyungsoo in these kinds of songs. whats amazing about Kyungsoo's singing is his voice never loses its fullness when he belts those high notes, even amidst a run you can still hear the resonance in his voice. he is amazing and he should do more collabs like this. Their voices fit so perfectly too, wow Suhyun is srsly great. Now this is what real singers sound like. In EXOs killing Voice you can see him only chilling and doing most background vocals, leaving the high notes to Baek and Chen. Doesnt mean his parts were easy, he just made it seem so because he can serve quality vocals effortlessly but sometimes only the musicians or those who appreciate music or can sing can hear those. But yeah, he can do power vocals too but that does not really define what a really good singer sounds like. This is the reason why he is my favorite vocalist ever. he is Mr chill, Mr Simplicity, Mr Understated and I love those qualities on him and more.
