Figured it out. So, JavaScript has to be enabled and once I turned it on it worked immediately once I reopened the page. I also restarted my PS3 between those 2 events so maybe try that too.

I think you're ok to keep it. If you already have it on there, you should be able to update it online right from your PS3. Might make things easier that way.

i think yes, thats what hen 4.91 is for. people still dont know why sony releases 4.91, its actually to renew some keys in your ps3, so that it can still read and play newer BD movies with renewed keys. at least thats what i read in an article

Short answer, yes, so long as those games will fit on a FAT32 USB drive. Longer answer, you can copy over ISO files to your PS3 using FTP, an NTFS formatted drive with the NTFS compatibility app added to your PS3, or dump real PS3 discs to your internal drive using multiMAN. Do you suggest using an external HD over a USB drive? I know when modding Wiis an external HD or SSD is favoured and a USB drive is not recommended, is this the same here? Or is a USB drive perfectly okay
The three most common reasons for this are: 1) the USB drive itself is incompatible with the PS3. Easy way to check is to insert the USB drive into the rightmost USB port on the PS3, then go to the Photo tab on the XMB. If you see the drive listed there, you're good. If not, try a different drive. 2) The drive must be formatted in FAT32 format. 3) Any system software files have to be in the PS3 - > UPDATE subfolder. Double-check these and I think you'll be good to go.

When I double click on the gui format it opens up ibis paint. I’m using my daughter’s Chromebook
