This is an episode put together of some short trips out and about this spring. Most of the footage in this episode are captured with the amazing Nikon Z9!
Thanks Toni 🙏🏻 from the MR scan i have a discus prolaps, fracture, slipped vertebra snd squessed nervecanals on L4, L5 and S1 and also tryed to do some light core training the last 2-3 months but it dosent fix my problems 🥴 but next week i have an apointment with the back surgeon on a Danish hospital and get my “sentance” 🤔🙏🏻
Thanks for the video, Dennis ! I also have some problems with my spine because of staying too much in front of PC. I have a fitness device which is designed to train muscles of the back. It really helps. When I have spine pain, 2-3 working sessions will already eliminate the pain. So I used to do 2 working sessions per week and this is enough to maintain muscles and avoid pain in my spine. But of course, you have to ask the doctor what is the best in your case. If the damage is big, I am not sure if is recomended to use fitness devices.
Moin Dennis. Thank you for the all the nice contributions and videos you have shown. I hope you get well soon and I wish you all the best. Take care. Greetings Karl-Heinz
The big Nikon push. Been hitting a location for Osprey lately. Divided mostly between Z9's, a Z8 & some A1 cameras & throw in a Canon R5 every once in a while. About 35 years ago I had problems with L4/5. One exploded & the other herniated. MRI of exploded disk looked like a picture of outer space. Took out the exploded one & left the other in. The other started bothering me during Covid due to the nature of my work. Couldn't get any help at that time. I just walked. Never been back to work. Money isn't worth it. Rather live in a cardboard box if need be. Good luck with your back. They do really good work these days & might even replace your disk with a new one rather than just take out the bad one & let your spine drop & heal like a broken bone. Watch for trimming the swollen disk! = Scar tissue can grow around your spinal!
Hello Dennis, thanks for sharing those great moments in Denmark. I hope all will be well with you again. Get well soon and stay healthy. Greetings from Germany Thomas
Great video my friend, it's really well produced 👌 praise and criticism go hand in hand, it might get a bit too boring with the spanish guitar as background music in the long term 😉
Yea it sucks 🥴 i also like the OM gear but … the Nikon set just is in another league 🎥📷 maybe i will get a trolley so i dont have to carry the load on my back 🤔
Sorry to hear about your back health is not getting much better. I am sure your doctor will sort out best solutions for you. My back issue is also the key reason I came to Olympus. I decided to stick with it as I know my back is not going get any younger. My case is not so bad I need surgery and I would like to keep it that way. Anyhow, wonderful footage as usually. Cheers.

I’m in the same boat with my back. Sometimes walking and standing is very painful. I really appreciate the lighter weight of OM System gear.

@@DennisJacobsenWildlife maybe look at the 180-600. Not in the same league as the 400 though.
