Next time, you should try 1/2 brown and half white sugar bc that's what normal cookie recipes do. (the same amount of white and brown) bc sugar and egg makes a certain chemical reaction together when baked

The cookies probably tasted like sand because it looks like you “folded” the mixture with that spatula rather than using a hand mixer that would’ve made it smooth

I made the peanut cookies and they were so good I would bake them for less and they will be a lot better and store them with a piece of bread so they stay soft
