I will say this. I see a lot of strength and conditioning videos on youtube ,and this is BY FAR, the best video when it comes to technique. These guys have been taught the correct way, especially the Olympic movements. Coach Russell, as a former college strength coach, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

Thank you Coach Russell. I've been waiting on a new one ever since you released last year's. It looks like we've gotten a little more high tech this year. I like it. Those flashing lights teaching reaction time and the explosion work looks great.
It's cool to see not only a lot of hard work and some very well rounded athleticism being expressed but also some pre-hab techniques being used to keep these athletes healthy and at their best. Well done!

I'm a U of A Wildcats fan, Bear Down, but this is impressive. I only worry about being overly conservative on offense for Arizona this year. A run on 1st down instead of pass mindset. If we can stop doing that maybe we can compete with Auburn's of the world.
