this is where men become Gods
I need to get on that level
I'm a U of A Wildcats fan, Bear Down, but this is impressive. I only worry about being overly conservative on offense for Arizona this year. A run on 1st down instead of pass mindset. If we can stop doing that maybe we can compete with Auburn's of the world.
See where I came from I'm in the football team we first go to the weight room with our uniforms and after that we head outside to do a practice game and we head back inside hit the showers and we head to class
Estoy muy inspirado y motivado, para entrenar de nuevo
Damn bruh wish my team trained like this.
Overtraining actually leads to long-term injuries the body can handle only so much of mimicking

I haven't played football in sixteen years and this shit gets me hyped!
I remember watching this as a freshman in high school trying to get hyped for conditioning 💀 good to see it’s still up 6 years later
This is good training techniques but ladies and gentlemen this is also the problem with modern day or New milinium football, working out like that doesn't make good football players. I promise you more than half of those damn players can't block or make sound open field tackles and I'm talking about both college and pro. Anyone not understanding this comment just watch those college and NFL games of the 70s 80s and early 90s and you'll see how offensive lineman came off the ball and blocked with their arms and shoulders, linebackers and defensive backs made tackles by wrapping up and hitting soundly and physical and running backs and receivers actually blocked down field and didn't take plays off. Vertical jumps, bench presses and 40 yard dashes don't mean shit if you don't know the game. The only thing that matters can you play!!!? Still can't beat Alabama!!!
Holy facilities
YASSSS
is there anyone of them in the NFL??
yea a lot of these guys are in the league
Yoooo
All they need now is a head coach
WHERE ARE THEY FROM?
I wonder can 40+ guy do those drills.
For me, I don't see everything as training, but having fun with friends while training...

Alguien sabe cómo se llama la primera cancion
Like Crazy cow
as a bodybuilder whenever i see footballers in the gym im like *this is heresy* such non conventional methods [Two completely different sports with different goals so one is not better than the other , just my note]
My theory for why America is not very good at soccer is because all of our top tier athletes are already in other sports.
Muito sinistro 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼🇧🇷
ps4
The dream life honestly.
If someone ever calls me out for quarter squatting I’m showing them this video and jumping over them once they turn around
Amazing
2020?
3:25 WTF How did you do that....?
Where are they right now? Did they won? And if they lose does it mean the other team has better training than this one? Coz I think this training is the best. Damn, I got so many questions on my mind I feel like I'm on coke
This is no doubt the best training I’ve seen for any college program. Very impressed! 💪🏻🔥
Amazing work and especially great coaching Very athletic and good to see all skin color mixed together especially in this time. Great team 👏
This is legit 👍🏾
This motivates me to TRAIN
Catch me if you can
