I think would be optimum for doctors who attempt to understand MS and chronic fatigue is for them to work with other doctors who actually HAVE MS and/or suffer chronic fatigue. Doctors (and/or biologists, medical scientists, nurses etc) who are in the midst of the actual EXPERIENCE, who might understand that terms like "pro-active" sound the same as "just lift yourselves up by your own bootstraps". Otherwise, they are just guessing around the phenomenon, and bad-guessing often, at that.

Have had MS for 33 years now, and fatigue is the worst. And insomnia. I have followed the low saturated diet of Dr. Swank. Helps a lot, and take vitamin D and flaxseed oil and B12, etc. I stopped eating chocolate and junky foods like Ring Dings about a year ago. Swore off of it and took only about 3 days to lose the desire for it all.

Fatigue was my worst symptom for years before diagnosis. A one hour CCSVI proceedure changed my life. Hypoperfusion explains fatigue in MS.
