Go to view and then click on slide master, you can change the font and color and then click on close master view close

Thanks for your nice question. I think you have the old version of office. But I'm confident for all of the version you can find slide master option. Please search in google or TH-cam how to find slide master in powerpoint and don't forget to mention the version.
