Everytime I am here, I learn and see something new. Had no idea these type takes existed!! Looks like it worked well, and nice hay!! Now you know you should be enjoying the fresh air on an open station tractor 🤦🤦🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Mr Chris for bringing us along, look fwd to more !!
Looks like some great hay. We have a big tent company that makes the big tents you see at fairs. They also make tarps for trucks. You might check with someone like that in your area. Good luck.
Would love to see your Kubota rake lift up and down. I have a Kubota same as yours and really like it but I have to keep the front hydraulic locked or it lifts and lowers really goofy. I would just like to see if yours does a better job at that and what might be different that I could change.
Looks like some nice 2nd cutting hay. Do you like to rotary rake? I need to upgrade my rake and really don't know what to get. I would like to have a twine rotary rake, but that's not in the budget. I like my roll a bar rake, but I need something faster. I really nut impressed with wheel rakes. I hope you got this hay baled without rain. Have a good week.
I do really like the rotary rakes, but can't afford a double one either. That's why I built a hitch to connect two New Holland 256 rakes together so I can rake multiple rows. Might be something for you to look in to 🙂
That is a really cool implement! I didn't know that type of rake existed. Ever have any issues hitting something while pulling it? With those rakes flying around like that seems like a rock or big stick could do some damage.
Good to see you getting some hay done 👍 Those rakes are pretty cool, but too much monkey motion... I've seen a few self destruct 😵😵😵 They do a great job though!!!!
Very nice Chris, glad for the window in the weather that allow you to make some hay
Me too! The weather has not allowed me to make much hay yet this year, but at least I got a little bit done 🙂

I'm glad you saw something new! Some days my sinuses just don't want to be out in the dust 😉🤣
@@dehavenfamilyfarm 🤣🤣👍👍🤦🤦😁😁
Good to see you getting some hay made!
Thanks- me too even though I am still way behind 🙃
I have rubber floor mats left over from our horse trailer that I was planning on using for my rake. Hope this helps.
Looks like some nice hay there. The ol' rotary rake works pretty good overall. Thanks for the ride along.
It was some nice hay 🙂 Yeah, the old rake did good- thanks Ron!
Good weather for it.
Finally!! 😃 Back to chance of thunderstorms everyday though...

The hay was pretty nice, just not much of it 😂 Thanks for the tip on the tarp!

I always keep the front valve closed 🙂
Awesome video
Thank you 🙂
U could also use a piece of converter belt for your rake.
Good looking hay
Thanks!

@@dehavenfamilyfarm I bought a second rake last fall. Just haven't had time to finish making repairers to the rake or build the hitch.
Looks good...👍
Thank you! Baling video soon 😃
Contact the disk mower doctor in Pennsylvania they have all that canvas at least for disc mowers
Awesome, thank you! I should have thought of them since I live in PA 🤣
@@dehavenfamilyfarm they started out just with desk mowers but now they’ve got PTO shaft‘s and Baylor parts and things like that

The rakes are flexible enough to just go over the obstacles
Good to see you getting some hay done 👍

This one has been reliable so far 🤞
