I use TH-cam vanced to improve my TH-cam experience by getting rid of the ads and in video ads It also skip intro and outro you just have to look in the settings

Exactly. Blockada - I installed that app on my Pixel XL but it uses a lot more battery and sometimes not blocking ads as well. I am on Android 10 OS.
