13:19 That moment hits so hard for me. That’s the same thing Grog said to Pike in season 1 when she had to stay behind to find connection to the Everlight.
So many great callbacks to Season 1.
They said at New York Comic Con that it will take at least two seasons and that’s when they announced they had been picked up for season 3. They also announced like a month after the premier that Amazon had picked up the exclusive rights to critical role. Which may mean more seasons beyond 3 and they are starting on the second campaign they did called the Might Nein which is a whole different type of crazy.
Season four of VM was confirmed when 2 came out, and yeah the Mighty Nein have a confirmed show coming too.
There is also a rumour/confirmation of a movie to come out as well. I'm hoping it will be the EXU calamity story they did (peak Critical role btw)

The Vex and Percy stuff started all the way back in season one. Many times when Percy seemed lost, Vex's voice was the only thing that got through to him.

I'm such an oblivious mo-fugger, I didn't even guess at it until S2E7. Looking back at it, there were hints all over the place in S1.
The guy who the two guards outside threw an axe at was a special cameo by the legendary Christopher Sabat. AKA VEGETA!
It's such a great story! One of the producers said that they're aiming for five seasons for The Legend of Vox Machina, and as others have stated, there's a movie and another series in the works. They also trademarked Scanlan Shorthalt Music as a record label.

Fun fact: Dr Dranzel, the orcish fella with the band, is actually an old friend of Scalan's in the original streamed version. They met years ago when Scanlan was younger and had a Dr Dre & Eminem sortnof relationship. Pike even joked to him once that Scanlan "forgot about Dranzel".
In season 1, Scanlan has a line about being a revolutionary and needing to get a beret
Normally, with reactions, I skip to the actual reaction, but with you guys I find myself actually watching (and enjoying) the preamble. Keep up the good work!
The blue triangle in the tower of Westrun is the sign of the Cobalt Soul. Since the second Campaign of Critical Role just got greenlit for its own show, that's gonna be important later
Also Liam (Vax) has a hell of a deep voice, so the ice dragon and the axe throwing goliath at the gate who says 'do I know you, Slim? ' are voiced by him

On the other hand, once you know how and why Raishan got the moniker 'diseased' in 'diseased deceiver' you could consider her a good candidate too.
Grog's horrible upbringing just makes his silly, innocent demeanor so much more tragic 😭
Might have lost a point or two of INT just from the brain damage from those punches.
