  • Shankhpushpi, which is also known as Asian pigeonwings, Shankhini, Kambumalini, Sadaphuli and Sankhaphuli, is popularly used as a memory booster and brain tonic. The flower got its name owing to its conch-like shape.

I hate being told to consult a doctor who most likely doesn't believe in such things.

Yes and no ... i don't know why she's saying it's bitter ... it's not bitter tasting and so a lot of people won't want to drink it after watching this if they don't already have it in their home .
Some will just get discouraged ... especially she's talkin about vomiting ? ... oh my God , i have not heard one person say it makes them nauseous or want to vomit .
... so this really does need to be done over again and she should just omit those parts .
I have sometimes let it steep overnight ... OVERNIGHT ! No bitterness , no nausea , no vomiting ... none of that !
No this is not a great video

Hey, i am on the way to make my lifestyle and health better, I can't find any video on TH-cam
that explains the ayurvedic blends and ayurvedic way of floral tea making. I found your video very
informative. So please, can you make a video on floral teas and their ayurvedic information and
    their health benefits?.
