If these Royals donated 10 percent of their money to poverty I think that there would be no more disadvantaged people on this planet.
I don’t know about everyone else but the monarchs of Sweden, Denmark and Norway are partly funded by their respective governments.
As you may have noticed they are on the low end of this scale. A significant portion of the money they receive is spent on wages for the Royal household, on travels they undertake even when on official travels on behalf of the government.
In Denmark, a portion of this money is also used for the upkeep of the Royal families privately owned castles as well as the ones the government owns. Amalienborg, which is the Danish Queen’s official residence is not owned by her or her family. It belongs to the government. One smaller castle in the south of Denmark was a gift to her grandparents from the Danish people when they married and which she later inherited.
The Swedish Royal family is wealthier than the other two as their predecessors had income of their own which the current royals have inherited.
Young royals who are not direct heirs to the throne will not receive government funding and are expected to earn their own money when they reach adulthood.
The funds the Scandinavian royals receive are publicly listed. In Denmark, anybody who wants to know can get information on how much the Queen and her family receives and how much is given to them privately and how much is spent on household wages for staff, travels, official functions, upkeep of castles etc.
The monarchs are the Heads of State, and every country has a Head of State. The expenses for a monarch should be compared to those spent on a president. How much does the presidents of the US, France, Finland, Iceland and other countries with presidents cost? They are heads of state and involved in official functions, involving meeting other heads of state, representing their respective countries abroad, etc. Some have more legislative powers than others.
The Scandinavian countries are democracies and constitutional monarchies. The sovereigns represent continuity and are expected to be above the fray of party politics. In Denmark, the Queen is affectionately known as “ our mom”.
There are plenty of people in the Scandinavian countries who are a lot wealthier than the royals.

Have you noticed how the richest are from some of the poorest countries in the world as far as your every day people are concerned, the richest for starters lives in a land full of poverty while he flies around the world in his private jet that’s the sickening thing. Like someone said none have actually gone out and worked for their money, this must be an old video with the Queen of England still being there because nearly all her wealth went to Charles after her death so that makes him now a billionaire.
