@@ambiguousworld 34.5 inches. It’s a Redfish, their range is from Mexico north up to Chesapeake bay (Delaware / Maryland) on the Atlantic coast. The breeder fish are 28” + sized. We can keep 3 fish 20” to 28” per day with one oversized fish a year. So I could had kept it to eat but I’d rather let it grow and breed more fish.

whenever i hook into a big red, i just tell my buddy to keep fishing because its going to be a while.
