Boots fought him at range and pieced him up and as soon as they get close, Boots would clinch instead of fighting on the inside. Boots relies on his jab a lot and it’s super good and stiff, it’s super hard to takeaway because Boots already has escapes and counters for people trying to take it away. When you try to split the jab with a jab in a closed stance or a cross in an open stance, Boots will avoid the centre line and counter, or he’ll feint and counter the counter. If you try to counter after the jab, Boots is way too quick and slick and will escape or step back in time. He has that Shakur type distance management at range. Bud will struggle heavy countering a jab like that since Boots is just as if not more athletic and can avoid the counters, Bud I don’t believe will effectively take that away and I see Boots just piecing him up from range.
