They are directional notations. Look at your numpad. 6 would mean forward, 2 would be down. And 5 would be neutral. For a better picture, Look up fighting game directional notations

Mid 6B start: 2:40
Crouching 5B start: 4:20
Corner 5B start w/ Oki: 5:48
Crest Corner 5B start: 6:05
Crest Mid: 3:13
Crest Corner: 4:00

(H) means hold the button. 214[B] would be held unlike 214B
