To everyone who said "Es is OP!" You really need to have a look at the rest of the characters before you make your judgement. Izayoi should flat out be the best character in the game since she's a teleport character, and we know how far they go (UMvC3 Dante, I'm looking at you). Nine is ridiculously good at the punish game and zoning, plus her damage is ridiculous (seriously, you throw out random attacks and they do like 10%-30% each, it's silly). Rachel has ridiculous mobility and combo potential, not to mention that her damage output is great once you master her. Arakune is just silly all round given his borderline broken Spider Distortion and midrange-esque kit. Carl is basically the Ice Climbers of BBCF, so he's very good since 2 bodies >1 body. Izanami has ridiculous combos due to levitation, as well as a VERY solid kit with specials out the ass (I love her~~). Valk. is amazing due to his damage output and mobility, plus, the buffs ArcSys gave him just cemented his placing as an S tier. Jin has always been great since his damage output is solid, his attacks are rather fast and he has easy to land confirms for combos. I'm probably missing a few, but those are the top tiers imo. So, why isn't Es OP? Well, I only mentioned the characters in SS/S tier. The problem with Es is that she's pretty goddamn immobile, she's a glass cannon herself, she has slow startup attacks when compared to other characters, her more damaging combos require use of her Mordred enhance thing which enhances her next special, and she pretty much needs to have a constant flow of resources in order to really snowball her advantage, given how short her combos actually are without the Mordred enhance and Cancels. I say all this because she's my favourite character in the game. Es is no mid tier, but she's no high tier either. Lets put it this way, if she gets ahead she can usually stay ahead for the entire match and pretty much 0-death you. But, if she's behind she generally can't make a comeback given how awkward her attacks are, especially following a tech roll situation. She's also extremely prone to zoning and anti approach attacks (like Nu-13 and Lambda's flip kick), so actually getting in is a majority of the fight for her. She actually has no problems once she gets in since she limits a lot of what her opponent throws out, that is, if they get a chance to, since her combos are pretty gosh darn effective, even if they are short a majority of the time. She has great combos, but combos don't actually make a character broken (unless it's an infinite). Also....word of advice, if you hit her ONCE her drive disappears completely, as does her Mordred enhance thing. Literally, Es is such a glass cannon it's not funny, even one rogue hit can screw up her entire game plan, and she doesn't have much to fall back on when behind besides waiting for her opponent to overextend so she can reset to neutral. Is Es good? Yes. Is she broken? No. Is she annoying? Probably, since she goes to town on you if you let her have too much room to breath. As for a character to pick into her....just pick Nine and watch her suffer, that matchup is just cruel from my experience.
(SLIGHT SPOILERS) I chose Es for the sole fact that I got destroyed by Es on story mode where you had to fight her with Naoto. I was so overwhelmed during then. (Since I had ZERO experience with Naoto. ) seeing her do massive damages in such a flashy style.

Is central fiction worth buying? I ask as a CS and CP player, cuz I don't know if it's worth spending money on a game that's pretty much the same as the previous ones. I have a little money, but I'm not sure if I should go for this or for the latest version of KOF.
