Class video bro, was looking to get into spearfishing and underwater foraging. no clue where to start. Is it safe to just get a wetsuit and get out and practice in the sea or should u he going to the swimming pool🤣 might seem a random question but curious to what advice u may offer.

It's an amazing sport to get in to. The safest and best advice I can give is to go and do a freediving course. Learn to dive and be comfortable and safe. Then when you start to go out with a gun kr knife you can focus on that and hunting techniques rather than worry or struggle with the diving side. Look into doing an AIDA 2 course local to you
