Oh brother! Calm down Stu…..take a chill pill. You are spot on correct. This scammer apparently has spaghetti for brains and a heart made of ice. If it weren’t for YOU policing these scammers, a lot of people would be ripped off big time. So, thank you for being our watchdog and savior. If these scammers aren’t punished in this life….you can bank on the fact that they will have an extremely excruciating eternity not to mention that He’ll is a very hot place and you spend eternity there with the rest of the scammers, thieves, etc etc. Keep up the good work Stu! We appreciate you!! Blessings always! ❤️🙏😊

I have no idea why I was recommended this video or this channel. As a random person with no connection to this hobby (as a buyer or a seller), here's my opinion -- this video is stupid. The value of something is what someone is willing to pay for it. Your opinion of what it "should" be priced at is meaningless. A price guide's opinion of what it "should" be priced at is meaningless. He likely priced it the way he did because on the marketplace that has the widest array of items on the planet (eBay -- nearly 2 billion active items), he's the only one who has one of those (with that grade) listed, so he's testing the waters. There is no "scam" here. You don't know what "scam" means. Scam literally means to defraud someone. There is no fraud happening here. Someone pricing a thing higher than YOU think it should be priced at is not fraud. If it's priced too egregiously, it won't sell, and he'll have to lower his price if he wants it to sell. If it does sell, it simply means someone valued it more than you do -- not that they were "scammed". Value is subjective. You cannot look it up in a book. Stop slandering and shaming people because you're upset about things in your hobby costing more than _you think_ they should cost. It's gross.
@@Stuplubakcurrency As I said in the second sentence of my post, I'm not involved in this hobby, so I'm not sure why it made sense in your head for that to be your "gotcha" response to me. Yes, I don't personally place a high value on things I don't collect and have no affinity for. Gee, you really got me there. Can't say I'm surprised to see you have no meaningful retort to any of the points I've made.

Trying to catch these scammers is a full time job!

@Stuplubakcurrency I remember that conversation.
Hi, great video. Very well explained sales technique and verification of the price of the banknote. Thank you. Have a great day.
Thanks for sharing.
Let’s look in the book Stu. 👍
Thanks for keeping the collecting community aware of these shady sellers. 👍
I hope that I get a currency price book for my birthday! 😊
Unfortunately there’s too many folks out there pulling the same scam. No way to stop them all.
This seller is a piece of work!
have you ever made an offer of say 100 dollars to see what he would say? maybe he would take the offer

Please buy his note. Put your money where your mouth is. Unless, of course, you don’t believe it’s worth anything. Nice rant.
