I was conflicted on this game as I love both teams. Ironically I moved to the Gainesville, FL area one month prior to this game. Seeing as how the locals there love the Gators and hate the Noles when I was seen out and about wearing Duck clothing it was really a conversation starter as many, many strangers approached me asking if the Ducks could beat the Noles. I went into game day conflicted but once it started I was pulling for Ducks. Still love both Ducks and Noles to this day.
I remember watching this game and it couldn't have made me any happier to see FSU get absolutely curb stomped. I kept telling the cocky ass FSU fans once they get into the playoff that this was gonna happen. Won me a ton of money off of bets in this one too.
FSU team were such poor losers without any class at the end of the game. BTW, they are still losers so many years later. What has it been? Almost ten years of losing teams and pitiful coaches? Serves their classless losers all around- I'll never forget their disrespect of the Ducks after FSU lost.

That run defense from Oregon gave up a lot this game. Foreshadowing to how Ezekiel Elliott ran over them during the national champion.

oregon didn’t win this game. fsu lost it. 5 turnovers is inexcusable in a playoff game
The only time Oregon was behind was after the 1st FG. FSU was going to lose regardless of the turnovers.
Oregon moved the ball at will on the FSU D, even without the fumbles Oregon was still gonna win.
